At [Lastway], every shirt is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- The item was a gift and the recipient does not want it
What we DO cover:
If your order arrives with any of the following issues we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you:
- Damaged item
- Defective or incorrect print
- Wrong item sent
To request a replacement you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at Lastwayclo@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will review your request within 48 hours and send a replacement if approved.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order has already been sent to production and cannot be cancelled.
